There is something for everyone at Meadow Matches! We have packages to suit every style and budget. Whether you choose a simple picnic outing with friends (from $60 for a carload) or a complete corporate hospitality package (starting at $2500), you will have a great time at Meadow Matches!
You will be able to create the atmosphere of your choosing for your guests by either working with our exclusive caterer - R&R Catering, or by bringing delicious food brought from your home. You will have the convenience of pulling your SUV right up to your spot to unload your food and other supplies. In addition to the parking space located at your tailgate, these packages provide extra parking passes for your guests, and tables and chairs. If you need more tables and chairs, R&R Catering will be happy to assist you. Please note that you should either bring linens or arrange for linens through the caterer.
LUXURY TENTS ON THE BERM AT MEADOW MATCHES
Our luxury custom tents are located in a prime location on the hill overlooking the polo field. Besides the incredible view, your tent will be located on the same side of the field as the VIP tent which hosts sponsor, polo players, celebrities and the media.
Diamond Hospitality Tailgate Tent

Sideline tailgate spot which accommodates up to 40 guests and includes 1 - 15'x 15' tent in a prime tailgate located near the center of the polo field, affording a view of the entire polo field with a 24'x50' spot, two 8'x30" tables, 8 chairs and a bench. Tickets include 10 car passes. Your name/company name will be listed in our program.
Sapphire Hospitality Tailgate Tent

After May 15th - Price $1000
Sideline tailgate spot which accommodates up to 20 guests and includes one 10'x10' tent in a prime tailgate located near the center of the polo field, affording a view of the entire polo field with a 12'x25' spot, one 8'x30" table, 4 chairs and a bench. Tickets include 4 car passes. Your name/company name will be listed in our program.

These tailgate packages are for tailgate spots are located on the side of the polo field across from the berm. These spots put you in the middle of the action - both on the field and off!
Pearl Hospitality Tailgate

Field Side Parking Spaces
Price $250
After May 15th - Price $400
This option allows you to park right on the side of the polo field where you can tailgate with friends. You will receive one parking pass and admission to General Admission viewing area for your occupants. Listing in program as Subscriber.

Notice - In the interests of safety, provisions of law and the family spirit of this event, the holder of this ticket and others admitted under it are advised and do agree as a condition of purchase that:
Grills, boom boxes, glass containers, open fires, DOGS, other pets, public intoxication, use of illegal substances and soliciting are strictly prohibited; violation will result in confiscation, arrest or eviction from the property.
The purchaser, the holder of each ticket or any other guest of Great Meadow acknowledges the risks associated with attendance at this event and accepts any and all risks and dangers of injury and/or death that may occur as a result of attendance at this event, and hereby releases the Great Meadow Foundation, its Trustees and employees from any and all claims of liability or damages.
The event is held RAIN or shine - NO REFUNDS. Gates will close within one hour of the event. Vehicles and persons must leave the grounds by that time.
Sales or solicitation is prohibited anywhere on the grounds. Please leave nothing behind but your footprints.
